Self-hosted or cloud?
Both. Self-hosted (on your VPS / Cloudflare Tunnel / Docker) is cheaper long-term and we set that up for you. Cloud is faster to start. We’ll recommend one on the discovery call.
What if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with error handling and a status webhook that pings your inbox (or Slack) on failure. You see it before your customer does.
Can I edit the workflows myself after handover?
Yes. That’s the whole point of no-code. We hand over a documented workflow, not a black box.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Optional retainer only. Most clients don’t need one — the workflows we ship rarely break. When they do, we bill by the hour, not the month.
